Before we begin working together, we’ll usually have an initial chat on the phone or via Google Meet to discuss the project. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email.
This makes the process a lot easier as we’ll have all the information saved and can come back to it later. Once we’ve finished the project, we will book in your onboarding session in which we show you the results and give you another opportunity to ask for small design tweaks.

On average, we shoot for a two-to-four-week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop. The website will only take a long time if we are still waiting for text and images from you.

There’s no simple answer to this question. Custom website design work is quoted based on the need of each individual project. Each website has different requirements and every person’s needs are different; we create and develop a custom-made site specifically for your personal business. We will ask many questions, assess what you need, and give you a quote based on that assessment. Our most common ranges are about $1,500 USD however it could be depending on what someone wants.
